By accessing or using the Blackbeard Apparel website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

You may use our site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time. Colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to monitor settings.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed at the time of order.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Blackbeard Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are final sale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. For approval of the return please submit your return shipment with the reason first via the following email address: info@blackbeard-apparel.com or via: Return Portal.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Be advised using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
